I have sat on the other side of the table with a folder of papers, knowing the truth was in there somewhere and watching a room reach the wrong conclusion because nobody could see it. It is a particular kind of helpless, and I would not wish it on anyone.
So we built the thing I wanted then: someone independent who reads everything you hold, tells you plainly where you stand, and writes it up so the next professional can pick it up and act. No jargon. No judgement. No pretending a weak point is not there.

Do you work across the UK?
Yes. Most work is delivered remotely, which is faster and cheaper for you. On-site days are available and are priced separately.
Is ORVIA a law firm, a regulator or an advocacy service?
No, and we will never present ourselves as one. We do not give legal advice, we do not investigate and we hold no statutory power. We organise evidence and provide independent assurance so that the people who do hold those roles can act on it.
How long does an evidence pack take?
Foundation is typically three to four weeks from receipt of your material. Professional is four to six weeks. Expedited turnaround is available as an add-on.
What do you need from us to start?
Whatever you already hold, in whatever state it is in. Part of the value is that we do not need it tidy first. We agree the scope in writing before any work begins.
Do you tie us into a long contract?
Monthly programmes begin with a three-month minimum so there is time for anything to actually change, then run monthly with thirty days’ notice. One-off packages have no ongoing commitment.
Who owns the work you produce?
You do. The pack, the chronology and the index are yours, in a format you can keep and reuse.
