Voice supports routine communication, structured capture, routing, notification and verified connected actions where configured and tested.
Voice does not make safeguarding, legal, clinical, financial, regulatory or other consequential decisions for the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate current business information, escalation contacts, lawful instructions and required approvals.
Third-party connections are customer-specific. A general capability statement does not mean an integration is already active for every deployment.
If an integration is unavailable or unverified, the agreed fallback should be used and the action must not be represented as successfully completed.
ORVIA Voice is not an emergency service. Customers remain responsible for appropriate emergency and urgent escalation arrangements.
The applicable subscription, setup, usage, overage and specialist scope are those stated in the customer order, quotation or agreed plan before commitment.
Data protection roles, recording/transcription settings, retention and recipients are defined for the customer deployment and any applicable processing agreement.
